Your Virtual Private Server will be included in the custom–developed monitoring software system and every time there is a trace of a problem, our skilled engineers will be warned immediately.

Weekly Backups

Having a backup of all your data is essential – you never know when something can go wrong. And having ordered the Managed Services solution, you can enjoy weekly backups of your whole VPS, not just of your content, without you being required to set up and configure anything. Furthermore the backup copies are kept on a server with e set of RAID–configured disk drives. In other words, your content will always be safe and sound, regardless of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Having a VPS Server, you have total freedom to run any kind of script or service on your server. Still, a part of the scripts are more difficult to run and may require some extra setup on your part. That is where our Managed Services offer can help you out. It includes thirty minutes of installation & trouble–shooting duties – it means that you can literally hire one of our competent server admins for thirty minutes and have him help you with the installation process of any application whatsoever that you need. Alternatively have him resolve a problem that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services solution comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and it is an optional feature for the KVM VPS Servers.
